Shipping Policy
We deliver Australia-wide, and shipping costs vary depending on your location.
Standard Shipping (VIC Metro): $40 ( 2-4 days)
Regional & Interstate Shipping (NSW, QLD, SA, TAS): $50 ( 3-10 days)
Remote & Western Regions (WA, NT, Far North QLD): $60 (6-13 days)
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. All orders are securely packed and shipped with tracking. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Return Policy & Process
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your FlowCare Bidet arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process:
Contact us at info@flowcarebidet.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a return authorisation and instructions.
Unless faulty, items must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back at your expense.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
Refunds are issued for approved returns or in cases of product defects. If you believe there’s an error with your order or payment:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Disputes raised via Stripe ( a trusted global payment platform) or your bank will be handled in accordance with our policies and Australian consumer law.
Refund & Dispute Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.
To cancel, email info@flowcarebidet.com.au with your order number.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return.
